3. Services Provided

MIBO Sàrl-s offers renovation services for residential and commercial properties in Luxembourg. This includes (but is not limited to) interior remodeling, bathroom and kitchen renovation, painting, flooring, and electrical and plumbing improvements.

All services are subject to a written quote and client approval before work begins.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided by MIBO Sàrl-s are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed. Prices are subject to VAT and valid for the time period specified in the quote. Unexpected work not included in the original estimate may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

5. Booking and Cancellations

Clients can schedule on-site inspections and consultations via our website or by contacting us directly. Appointments must be confirmed in writing (email or SMS). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 8 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to reminder fees and legal collection procedures in accordance with Luxembourg law.

7. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship in accordance with legal obligations and industry standards. If a defect arises from our work, you are entitled to have it repaired free of charge within a reasonable time.

MIBO Sàrl-s shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, or material shortages)

• Damages resulting from client-supplied materials or third-party modifications

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logo, is the property of MIBO Sàrl-s or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
